Recommendation for a cone beam CT (CBCT) scan done Inhouse
From this consultation, we create a customised treatment plan tailored to your goals and oral health needs.
Single Dental Implants – Perfect for One Missing Tooth
If you’re missing a single tooth, a dental implant is often the best choice.
How it works:
A titanium implant is placed into the jawbone
It is left to heal and integrate with your bone (around 10 - 12 weeks)
A custom-made crown is fitted, restoring the tooth’s natural appearance and function
Single implants are beneficial for both front and back teeth, giving you a smile and function that looks natural and feels strong.
Multiple Teeth Implants – Restore Gaps in Your Smile
Missing several teeth? Multiple implants can:
Replace individual teeth with implant-supported crowns
Support bridges connecting multiple implants
Stabilise implant-retained dentures
The exact number and placement of implants depends on your teeth, jawbone, and your smile goals.
Full-Mouth & Same-Day Teeth – Complete Smile Restoration
For patients missing all/most of their teeth, we offer advanced full-mouth solutions:
Full-Mouth Implants – A series of implants supporting a complete set of fixed teeth
Same-Day Teeth – Temporary teeth fitted on the same day as surgery, so you leave the practice with a functional smile
Implant-Supported Dentures – Fixed or removable options for a stable, natural-looking solution
Some patients may require bone grafting or augmentation to provide the strongest foundation for your Implants. All implants used at our practice are sourced frominternationally respected manufacturers known for high success rates and long-term performance.

-
Most adults with good general and oral health can have implants. Sufficient jawbone is needed, but bone grafting can often make implants possible. Bone grafting involves using materials such as Calcium phosphate to replace any bone that has been lost. This is mostly done at the same time as implant placement. A consultation will confirm your suitability.
-
Most patients report minimal discomfort. Local anaesthetic is used during the procedure, and any soreness afterward generally lasts for 24 hours. It is usually manageable with standard pain relief.
-
Single or multiple implants: Healing usually takes 8–12 weeks before the crown or bridge is fitted.
Full-mouth implants: Can take several months, though same-day teeth may provide temporary teeth immediately after surgery.
-
With good oral hygiene and regular check-ups, implants can last a lifetime. Crowns and bridges may need replacement after 10–15 years depending on wear.
